Hello all!
I recently took the plunge into home brewing with Woodfordes Wherry, which is now drinking - very successfully, I might add. I put a Nog into the FV at the weekend - expecting cooler weather - and am worrying that the temperature is too high, so we'll see what results! Anyway, got a lot of help browsing this forum so thought I'd register and say "Thanks!"
