hi guys,
im more of a rose fan than anything and a complete amateur and was wondering if anybody has a good recipe (including directions) for me to try, im looking for something to try after my first ever attempted brew of 6 bottles of blush from an online store.
the directions im using for fermentation are coming from reviver cottages book BOOZE. however i get confused with somepeople going straight to use the DJ or not using Fermenting buckets.
Also the fermenting buckets i have come with air locks, do i use these at the begining fazes or not?
