i want to make a pineapple and passion fruit white wine, using 500ml or pineapple juice and 500ml of passion fruit juice, the pineapple juice has 110g of sugar, and the passion fruit juice i use has 112g of sugar, the white grape juice has 102g of suagr, so would this recipe be okay to make 5LS?
1L white grape juice(102g sugar)
500ml pineapple juice(55g sugar)
500ml passion fruit juice(56g sugar)
900g sugar
1tsp wine yeast
1tsp yeast nutrient
1tsp pectolase
1tsp glycerine
1 mug strong tea
the total sugar would be 1113g! thanks
