Hi again, back in September (16th) I made my first cider from a kit and I left it to ferment for 2wks after reading threads on here. I then syphoned it off into a barrel with the intension of priming and bottling it a week or so later. As I had to sort out my garage I put the barrel in my neighbours garage but then he went on holiday, then last Thursday I had an operation on my left hand. That means my brew has been in the barrel now for 4 weeks, would it still be ok to bottle it up this weekend.
