Hi

Can someone post a recipe/method for Turbo Cider please? (idiot proof if possible; i'm a newbie having only just bottled my first brew)!

Apple juice, normally from concentrate, supermarket own brand.
Yeast.
Put apple juice into fermenting vessel, add yeast, ferment, drink :thumb:

To add a bit more info you can add sugar (not recommended ), tannin, artificial sweetener, use special yeasts (the original recipe uses bread yeast :thumb: ) other fruit juices etc etc.
Made with just AJ and yeast it will come out dry and 6%ish alcohol.
Have fun :thumb:

Hi Ash My Turbo Cider Brewday really contains all you need to know.

Recipe wise

20L Tescos Apple Juice
10ml Grape Tannin (personal preference)
20g Lager Yeast (Its what I had in) I've now bought Youngs Cider Yeast

Mine went from 1.047 down to 1.000 giving me about 4.6% abv . . . and is a really nice crisp cider with obvious apple notes.
