Hi all, I've been doing kits for a few months, mainly because of the lack of real beer available where I live.
I'm originally from Kent, so I do miss the real stuff.

Fortunately I've saved all the Fischer swing top bottles over the years I've been out here so I've been using these.
I have Coopers IPA, Coopers dark ale, and Coopers stout all in these bottles in the cellar.
I have Woodfordes Wherry ready to bottle and Muntons Nut brown ale bubbling away in the kitchen.
Next up is another Coopers stout and I'm going to add treacle as well as dextrose.

I'm looking forward to picking up some useful tips from the experts.

Cheers
