Auto siphon adding air to my beer.

So I've just filled by bottling bucket and I was getting air bubbles in the siphon tube, tried restarting and still the same, the whole 20l got aerated.

Just hope the bottle fermentation will sort it out!

This happened to anyone else? Did it turn out OK?

You may be fine. I dumped a whole 5 gallons of turbo cider into a keg once when I didn't know about oxidisation. Turned out great and everyone at the party loved it. It may not keep for any length of time though.

You will be fine. A little oxygen won't do it much harm.
