Hi people.
I am Colin from Staffordshire. Not the bit with the China, but the bit at the bottom with the forests, and the canals. I live on the edge of one of them.
My old man used to make wine when I was a kid, back then even I was interested in brewing something born of raw produce, possibly sourced from the hedgerow or scrumped from that miserable git at the end of the street(everyone has one in their street) so I am brewing like a demon right now.
I don't actually drink, at all, ever.
But I do like brewing.
