cant remember exactly when i started brewing this, maybe around 12 days ago. there was quite alot of pulp at the top as you can see but managed to get 3.5 litres out of the 4 litres i started with. it tasted and smelled really good and alcoholic. ended up carbonating the lot of it in 500 ml bottles, it didnt taste completely flat which was strange, must have started to carbonate itself a little. cant remember any of the og and didnt even bother taking an fg reading as no point!
its still pretty cloudy but a nice colour none the less.
