Right,

I've nearly finished my brewery (re)build. 3 vessels (30l) with pumps, Immersion Chiller (2 Cygnets and a Buffalo).

I'm tempted by a Count'Flow Chiller and a Grain Mill.....

I'm figuring on around £100 spend so which, in your opinion, would be most useful.
What is the accepted hierarchy of equipment?

I like the idea of the CFC so I can whirlpool without the encumbrance of the immersion chiller.

But the mill will allow me to buy grain in bulk saving a few quid.

Hey Bigjas, thanks I think you're right. Having been messing around with pumps, PIDs and the like - I'm thinking that the 'nice to have' gadgets are more bother than they're worth. A good old fashioned mill... surely you can't go wrong!!!
