This is a great beer I just brewed inspired by a trip to St. Louis, Missouri a few years ago and developing a taste for a local beer there brewed by Schlafly (www.schlalfly.com).

I am currently drinking this one and even after only a few days in the bottle its already tasting great, highly recommended brew. You can also download the full Beersmith Recipe off my blog at www.thehomebrewdiaries.co.uk
