Hi guys n gals ive recently been diagnosed with a gluten related problem and my doc as put me on a gluten free diet now ive heard of a larger kit called gone with the wheat as anybody used this and ifso what did you think of it and if any one knows of anyother kits please let me know thanks
 
There is also a product called ClarityFerm which you add with the yeast that basically digests part of the gluten molecule, available from The Malt Miller.

I've used it in my last batch and my wife had her first pint of beer with no reaction in 16 years, It'll be going in all my beers from now on.
 
there is a range of kits called "Gone with the wheat" that are gluten free. If you look on the "home brew on line" web site they are in stock. and I am sure if you look on other beer kit web sites there are other brews available.
