Hi all, been reading and betting advice for a while on here but just decided to join up, I've done 500 odd wines and 50 odd kits of beer , ale and lager but just been given 10000 odd grapes and giving it a go from scratch.
However this is my first effort from scratch with grapes!!!!!
Just wondering if you could help me with a few a few questions !!
Firstly, I have 10l of ornamental grapes in must stage.
I want to add grape concentrate and have bought so e from wilkos. I have only added Camden powder to the mix and now ready to take readings and add sugar...........
However, I wanted to add concentrate to better the flavour and I think I may have misunderstood what it was for. I presumed it was diluted with water which would bulk up the volume and improve the flavour, but now think it goes in neat?? No instructions on the bottle so heeeeeeelp!!
If it does need water.. How much, if it doesn't, how many ml per gallon should I add?
Or better still does anyone know how much sugar is in one of these bottles?
