I brewed this one mid/late June using just First Gold hops, It was the first time i'd used First Gold, the first time I'd tried FWH (First Wort Hopping) and the first time I'd tried to get 50% of the IBU's from FWH and 50% from the 15 minute additions.

50L
Target OG 1.047 (70% bhe)
Target IBU ~40
68 degree mash 60 mins
60 min boil
Fermenting with s04

11kg Marris Otter 97%
300g Crystal Malt 3%

50.00 gm First Gold [8.00 %] (60 min) (First Wort Hop) Hops 19.7 IBU
100.00gm First Gold [8.00 %] (15 min) Hops 19.7 IBU
80.00 gm First Gold [8.00 %] (0 min) (Aroma Hop-Steep 80 degrees 15 mins)

It's turned out really well, it's got the most rounded hop flavour of any of the brews that I've done to date, the only problem is that I'm not sure if this is down to the FWH or the 50/50IBU experiment, so next time I'll just FWH and get the 90% of the IBU's from that and then 10% from the late additions.
