Has anyone got any views on quality of Beaverdale kits? I have been using Wilko but I notice a better variety of kits on Beaverdale. Are the kits worth the money and do they come complete with all necessary. For example, I noticed a 6 bottle kit of Rioja - doesnt give you a clue what is in the kit. Do you need sugar? I`m new to it all so if I am asking silly questions you will have to excuse me

Beverdale are a good kit. You don't need to add anything. I have only made the red kits, which come out good. The Barolo, and the Rioja are both good. Decent body and colour. You need to let them mature for at least 4-6 months, but well worth the wait.
