i had some spare time today,so thought id bottle a Helles Bock i brewed before christmas,
as ive recently done another a brew,i found my self short one bottling bucket,
so i improvised and used my mash tun, but as its shorter than the fv i would normally use, i thought id use a washing basket to raise it,
great idea to start with, but i must admit,i was starting to sweat as the weight increased, images of a tidal wave of lager flowing across the kitchen floor,:oops::doh:
lucky for me it held,
think next time ill use something more substantial

Mrs. Marlon's 'smalls' are transported around the house in a basket like that, with no detrimental side effects. So a few pints of home brew should be a breeze.....
