Sausages, chicken thighs or quarters; fish is supposed to be good. Really, any meat or poultry you can grill or barbecue. I like a blackened steak or chicken quarters and doing it outside keeps the house smell free and means very little washing up. what washing up there is is quick and easy. There is a recipe for slow cooking egg yolks that gives them a consistency like thick custard, then you roll them in breadcrumbs or coconut and deep fry them for a few seconds; the chef said the mouth feel is unctuous!
