Now that my Continental Saison is fermenting away my thoughts have started to turn to my next brew.
I would love to brew a Czech Pilsner type (like Budweiser Budvar or Staropramen) so can any of you kindly and knowledgeable folks point me in the direction of a recipe for said beer?

I should add that I'm looking for a 1 gallon All Grain recipe.

I would go with "Floor-Malted Bohemian Pilsner Malt" from weyermann and some good saazer hops.

Hmm if any one does have a recipe then i'd be up for brewing this too, iv got 15kg of pilsner malt and various hops including saaz and some CML kolsch yeast
