Just done the first dry hop additions, took a reading of 1.022 so its ticking along nicely.
Tasted absolutely mind blowing and even before the dry hops.
Fingers crossed it all works out. Just have to et the carbonation correct on 3 gallons

Just done the same, I brewed the pliny the elder 4.0 last Wednesday night, OG was 1.074 and now down to 1.024. We should do a bottle swap to compare

Definitely. 2nd dry hopping on Monday.
Wish I had a Corni keg so I could CO2 purge.
Where you based Bud

Did my first dry hop last night, not sure what the gravity is but think this is going to take longer than my standard two weeks. Will do 2nd dry hop on Monday/tuesday night and keg sat morning :)

Did you have any issues with overall volume loss due to the initial hops when doing the 90 min boil?

No, I hit all my volumes
Total water used 35L
Boil Size 28.25L over 90mins
End of boil 22L
Into Fermenter 21L

drunk half of it

Best beer ive made by far, sent out a few to mates and they wouldnt have known it was home brew had it not been murky.
