Ok, so picked up a Young's New World Saison kit to try my hand at a easy first Saison. Now I'm wondering, should i tweak my water to suit a Saison? Or shouldn't that be a problem with a kit?

Should at least throw in a campden?

Thinking about it, should kits really use distilled water as the minerals should already be spot on in the LME?

Tis a good kit, enjoyed it very much. I didn't bother treating the water back then, but with the benefit of learning would certainly now use a campden tab to get rid of chlorine / chloramine in the tap water
