how to install these kettle elements to keg?

anyone know how i would or if its possible to install these elements to a stainless steel keg i got from cheap argos kettles?

i've losened the element from the plastic. the element plate is about 2mm wider than the plastic circumference

Cut a hole that you can put in the rubber seal that was on the kettle in and assemble it as in your 1st picture.
 
They're the same as the old tesco value ones. Wasn't there a guide on here about it years ago? I installed some in my boiler using it.
