I know this has probably been covered before on this forum but I have a few questions around corny Kegs till being a beginner. How long will beer last when stored in a corny keg? How do you top up a Corny keg with Co2 to store it, do you gas the keg, turn off the Co2 then remove the gas in disconnect to keep the Co2 in, how do you stop any gas escaping?
 
Beer will last a long time in a cornie but when gassing it you need to purge the air out thru the relief valve,to top up you connect the cylinder to a regulator then from the regulator a line in with a quick disconnect the white one,when you take off the quick disconnect the gas doesn't come back out as its a non return valve unless your seals and poppets are worn out
