Recipe
Make stout from pale malt, roasted barley,wheat hops,boil,ferment,transfer to secondary and after 7 days dry hop with 100g of mixed hops then check 5 days later.PS do not approach with a naked flame for fear of combustion.

An unmistakable smell of solvent coming from the fermenter and not too sure whether it's infected or a combination of the hops and stout but from some reading it's possibly the yeast reaction.
