I can defo see why u say to leave so much space 2hrs in and there is already a half inch white froth !

edit - I saw in your sig about needing bottles! Tell me about it! I have the other half and her friends keeping me all the corkable wine bottles possable. One of the guys on here gave me the idea of asking at a local pub for bottles and they were happy to give me what I wanted so in less than a month I have been able to get myself a fair collection........next problem is finding a wine rack for my wines and meads and a bottle rack for my ciders and ginger beers. Thank god my larger just gets put into a pressure keg!

that sounds like a gud idea ... The main test will be to find a local pub thats still trading after the gov put them all outa business !
