I've had a look at the report and tbh, there isn't anything that is of much use to you except the figures given for chloride and sulphate.

Give them a call and ask if they have any data on total alkalinity expressed as CaCO3.
A calcium level would also be of help.
If you can get those two pieces of data first then it would be easier to advise what to do.

You are doing full mash beers I assume??
Have you done any other mashed beers and how did they turn out?

Thanks. I've done a few ag and they've been great. Just want to try new things each time to see if I can improve the beer. I'll give them a call and see if I can get the figures I need

what area are you ? I use seven trent water and i'm waiting for a lab report at the moment so if it's same area my report would be useful to you (hopefully will get results tomorrow )
