Just about finished talking SWIMBO around about my new AG setup :thumb:
The compromise that we reached is that she will let me build the brewery how I like so long as I brew up some "gifts" for friends and family for Christmas.
First request is a batch of red wine for her mother. Apparently she prefers Rioja, therefore I'd like to find either a kit (preferably) or a recipe which will give me a Rioja style wine. Any suggestions?
I'd like to try and get this under way in the next few weeks if possible, as I know that wine tends to benefit from lots of time to mature so if we can get it under way soon it should have a few good months to get ready for Christmas. :)

Ps. 1Gal or 5Gal kits are fine - we'll probably be giving her mother 3 or 4 bottles, but if it's a 5Gal then I'll box some up for us and let it mature until we get around to drinking it! (and probably up the quota for her mother to about 10 bottles, lol)
