Brewed the second of two beers for a party in August. It's a Scottish 80/-. Brewed it back in December and finished the keg quickly! The brew day went well. Ran out of propane half way through the boil but picked up another tank quickly.

Grains collected:

Once it's chilled, I'll move it a tub of water with ice in it so I can ferment around 15C with Wyeast 1728.

I'll get the recipe posted. Requested that the 80/- be added to the database. Once that's in, I'll add the details.

I got my mill from Northern Brewer here in the states. It's made by a company in Michigan. I really like it and it's been well worth the money!
