Hi,

I’m new to this home brewing and kicked off my first brew on Friday.

I’m using a starter kit to make Cider but I have made a mistake when setting up. I’m my haste I added the apple flavour along with the yeast where this should be added towards the end.

I decided to carry on and it’s been brewing for a couple of days now, I’m getting a good amount of bubbling and air out of the airlock and it smells lovely.

Can anyone tell me if this is worth carrying on or shall I start a new kit? Will adding the flavour at this early stage mess up the whole process?

Thanks for your help.

I can't see why it would negatively affect it - especially if it's bubbling away nicely. Stick with it :thumb:
