So I have just had my 5th Homebrew finish carbonation and as I'm taking it to a homebrew club tomorrow I thought I'd give it a go.

Easily my best yet. It's an IPA 3.2% and it is so good if I do say so myself. It's being entered to the IPA comp (posting tomorrow) so hoping for some good feedback.

My notes...
Not a bad head. Could have poured more vigorously in hind sight. Nice fruity nose. Good colour and clear (no floating hops, was an issue previously). Massive hop flavours. Bitter/citrus.

Very very happy. Alao have 2 x stouts just finished carbonation. They will be sampled tomorrow.

Next brew up... a Rye IPA.

Not easy to brew a good beer at that strength. The last one I brewed had very little body, a bit like Citra flavoured water :-(
