Not really sure if this is the right place but just wanted to share my progress.
I now have
A demi john of cranberry wine doing it's thing in the airing cupboard, the same of elderflower and apricot under the stairs. Started a St Peter's golden ale kit a couple of weeks ago and last week bottled the sloe gin. Last night opened the first bottle of elderberry, bramble and plum wine and was well impressed.
Having a rest this week visiting distilleries on Islay.
