Had my first brew day in a few months on Saturday. Been playing about with the recipe in my head for a while now, so it is as follows:

Ingredients

Malts - BH Light LME - 1.5KG
Muntons foilpack spraymalt wheat - 2kg

Hops - Bulldog Saaz pellets - AA=3.6 - 50g
Bulldog Citra pellets - AA=12.5 - 100g

Yeast - Danstar Belle Saison yeast

Additionals - Cardamom - 5.67g
Coriander seed - 22g

Boil Schedule

30 mins - Cardamom (all)
15 mins - 25g Saaz, coriander (all)
10 mins - 25g Citra
5 mins - 25g Saaz
2 mins - 25g Citra

OG - 1.046

Dry hop 50g Citra @ day 4 for 10 days

I am hop bursting this one and then, after 4 days, dry hopping for 10 days until I rack into secondary as I want to have a distinct hop flavour while still keeping the drink quite lightly malty and fresh, with background or the coriander and cardamom. I'll add gelatine to the secondary too to clear it up. After 5 days I will cold crash for a couple of days and bottle. Should be ready just in time for summer!
