A mug is around 200ml so you need to add another 800ml to bring get it to the WOW recipe.
 
That's 500ml you are still well short, it's up to you if you want to add it now or not bother, it will make a good wine but I like the extra tannin.

Commonly referred to as the lava lamp effect, my Red grape and strawberry juice and apple juice is doing the same.
 
Do you just bung it all in fermenter and leave it or is there more to it

more or less mate, I started by looking at the video that chippy_tea (master of WOW's) put up here, I just do it on a bigger scale, so multiply everything by 5 pretty much. If you haven't gathered already, WOW = Worzels Orange Wine :p
