Was juice shopping for my next WOW in Asda and the Tropical juice caught my eye...

so on goes 25l of

6l Asda RGJ
6l Asda Tropical (see pic for content)
4kg sugar
5tsp Youngs super wine yeast compound
5tsp Pectolase
Cup of strong tea
OG 1.090

A mug is around 200ml so you need to add another 800ml to bring get it to the WOW recipe.

That's 500ml you are still well short, it's up to you if you want to add it now or not bother, it will make a good wine but I like the extra tannin.

Do you just bung it all in fermenter and leave it or is there more to it

Im asking as im new to this and only done a beer kit and doing a stout kit now would like to try a wine

more or less mate, I started by looking at the video that chippy_tea (master of WOW's) put up here, I just do it on a bigger scale, so multiply everything by 5 pretty much. If you haven't gathered already, WOW = Worzels Orange Wine :p
