Hi all,

I am bottle conditioning some Wiessbeer at 10oc as it is in my garage - the FV was in there for the past two weeks until I got round to bottling, is this going to stop or slow the carb on these beers?

Yes.

After only four days at 20 degrees I had to chuck some lager out of the fridge to make way for a batch of cider; and it's been sitting on the shelf in the garage since 12th November at 6-8 degrees.

Although it's carbonating very slowly, after three weeks I could hardly raise a head when I poured one into the glass to try it out a couple of days ago.
