hi all doing a mixed fruit wine been bubbling away great pitched Friday 4th 1100og is now 1050 ish but has loads of sediment or something floating about still bubbling every 6 seconds I took sample from tap on fv maybe wrong ? anyway seems to me to be a real lot of stuff floating about try up load pictures to help yous help me thanks

Or, something I have noticed, you tend to get some sediment deposits itself in the tap as well as on the bottom. I tend to find I have to run the tap into a jug to clear it out before I can use it to take a sample.
 
I am hopeing it is that it's bubbling away fine a just opened lid took picture it sizzling like a roast not wanting to disturb it to much top looks OK am sure air lock bubbling every five seconds pushing out five or six bubbles so definitely still working hard just worried abouts sediment amount in trial jar never made wine before so panicking thanks
