Researchers in Spain analysed the bone density of women who drank beer
and those who preferred wine
and found that the beer drinkers had better bone health.

Vindicated at last!! :thumb: :thumb:
 
Good to know as I take steroids for an autoimmune condition and one of the many side effects of those is osteoporosis.

According to my consultant the long term plan is to stop taking them anyway but haven't recently tried to come off it didn't go so well so a beer supplement in the meantime will help :thumb:
