I have used it once where I made an all Mouteka IPL last summer. As I heavy hopped it is harder to tell of any subtle characteristics however the brew itself was very clean and crisp. I aged it in the keg at 1c for 8 weeks then bottled with a beer gun, think I have a couple of bottles left.

I rehydrated and pitched 2 packs into 9c wort if my notes are accurate. I let it ferment out cold to 75% AA then raised it for a diacytel rest just to be sure.

Okay ... thanks for the info, I pitched at 9°C and it has taken 5 days to get going properly. I am expecting results similar to the W34/70 ... crisp, dry and the accent on the hops rather than the malt. I'll be bottling and hopefully will be able to keep some for the summer, looking forward to sitting out in the sun with a beer ... roll on springtime.
