so i started my first WOW on Thursday. Decided to make two batches exactly the same.
Neither have had any volcanic type fermentation, but not worried about that.
The issue i have is they are both together in the same location, one has now a thick crusty head and bubbling every 1 to 2 seconds. The other has a bubbly head like bath foam and no activity at all on the airlock.
Any advice/observations?
