Was just wondering if anyone was thinking of starting up a microbrewery. We've probably all thought of it at some point or another. I was wondeting id anyone is in the process of getting started or thinking of it as a business idea.

Good job Coxy !! How many barrels will you produce per month?
I plan to decide next year... that's when I either convert my wooden summer house to brick (with water and waste facilities so could look at a license) or I keep on enjoying the hobby for a a year or two longer and decide further out :)

It's a 6.5bbl plant, probably two brews a month, a hobby business
