I'm just wondering if anyone knows of a proper lever tap that will fit a 5ltr bag in box dispenser?

The reason I ask is that I want to do some wine for my elderly mother, but she has chronic arthritis in her hands and therefore can't operate the push type taps that come as standard on the bag in box. She also struggles with screw caps, which is why I haven't gone down that route and bottled it for her. I know that the polypins come with proper taps (I have them) but the quantities they hold are just too much, and as she only likes white, it would be nice if she could put it in the fridge, hence the 5ltr being the most suitable size.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be gratefully received.

Thanks Billy, that's really useful. I didn't know there were products like that out there, so as you say, PET bottles and a suitable opener might be the answer!
