Right, i've decided to set up the freezer in my garage and turn it into a keezer...

First things first: cheapest corny keg available! Anyone have one for sale. Secondly, a C02 canister.

The other bits and pieces i will acquire elsewhere.

Try asking your local pub to see if they will lend you CO2. Much cheaper than having your own contract.

Where does one acquire a Co2 tank from? I'm googling but my Google-fu isn't quite up to scratch.

That's what I meant - ask your local pub if they will lend you a bottle, and you pay for the gas. I pay my landlady a
ÃÂ£9 per refill.

Or try one of these: http://www.adamsgas.co.uk/product/carbon-dioxode-co2-gas-refill-6-35kg-trade-only/ but you will pay ÃÂ£50 for the bottle deposit.

Absolutely superb! I priced up everything and came in at about ÃÂ£120 for all the parts, but pre-assembled... that's the dogs ********.

I liked their facebook page a while back as I plan to go to kegging when I have more space and those guys definitely seem very competitive. The kit for ÃÂ£155 with the CO2 bottle is good.

Not sure how far a 2kg CO2 bottle would go, but you could easily get it filled and at least you'd own it.
