Turned out bloody lovely. Could probably up the Basil leaves if you like.

3.700kg Pale Malt
1.400kg Crystal Malt
2.000kg Munich Malt

Mashed for 90 mins

30g Mount Hood Hops (90mins)

30g Mount Hood Hops (Last 15mins)
500g Clear Honey (Last 15mins)

60g Basil Leaves (Flame out + left for 30mins)

Safeale US05

OG 1.070
FG 1.020

All drunk and gone so no pics :(

I really like the look of this, i've heard about herbs working well in beer :hmm:
