It's a very light crystal malt around the 20 EBC/10 Lovibond mark. So think of it like crystal malt, only without a pronounced caramel flavour. It will also contribute to the body and sweetness of the beer, like normal crystal malt. It tends to be used in pale/blonde/golden beers to that effect. It's a step up from CaraPils, which will add body/mouthfeel only, without the sweetness.
