well im not fermenting it yet , i have used the no chill method,
and put the boiling wort into a jerry can ''cube''

and will be fermenting it mid week,

i still have the same amount of grains and hops to do another brew....maybe with a change of hops and amounts,

so im ready to go.. :thumb:

i was well pleased with the ease of it,

it still took a lot of waiting and time for the wort to boil but it was worry free and noting went wrong...
and i know i can streamline the process... :hmm:
i did save the dregs from the boiler filtered it and have 5 litres of that fermenting in a dj...

yes 5 litres left over after filling the jerry can , :thumb:
and it had the white hot break in it,

i had to tip the pot to remove the last 3 litres ,

on the good side the 5 l is fermenting in the kitchen..
