King kegs are slightly more robust than the cheaper kegs, the taps less prone to drips, can take a bit more carbonation, etc. They decent mid-price kegs.
Personally I chose cornies but once you add taps, a decent length of beer line to reduce foaming and a method for carbonation; they are more expensive.
