Couldn't resist. We've got an Elderflower wine, a merlot, Woodforde's Nelsons Revenge, a Geordie Lager, and two other 40 pint kits to go in and a turbo cider to go in. Well on the way to being totally self-sufficient.

Next Summer, we'll have a list for wild fruit picking and we are going to blast loads of it. Beautiful British wines and ales, from the finest of fair Isles.

I sort of fancy trying a wheat beer with blackberries, if they ever ripen this year, that is.

Self sufficiency in beer sort of defines Australian ideas of affluence. "Tinnies in the fridge? Good one, Bruce & Sheila".
