Hi all, I'm getting back into home brew after a 25 year rest. First brew was a Festival Razorback and I couldn't believe the difference over time. Had my first bottle tonight and it was fab! I've got some Coopers brew A conditioning too so I'm looking forward to that too! The premium kits are superb in the range and contents.

Welcome.
You are spot on, kits have come a long way, and there is a now huge choice
Premium kits, although costing more, invariably deliver a good beer.
One cans and similar less so, but do they offer you the opportunity to give them a boost by dry hopping (which I think is a must do on a one-can kit), hop teas, grain steeping, and mini-mashes. Coopers site gives plenty of ideas for this

plus stuff on this forum under the kit reviews e.g. look at the Coopers stouts!
