hi guys, i started a victorian bitter kit on friday, by brewmaker, thing is, when it was fermenting on friday night/saturday, it was fermenting like the clappers!!, now its about stopped, thing is, would you say that was the norm for a kit, my hydrometer is broken, so wondered if 3 days fermenting would have been enough or should it have taken longer??
Thanks for the replys

I've had kits fully ferment out in 3 days before so the yeast has probably done it's job in making alcohol, however it still has work to do cleaning up some of it's by products so it will probably do it good to leave it a week to 10 days anyway :)
