Hi All
Am I OK calling it AG as i am using extract to bump up the ABV due to mash tun size?
My intention with this beer is to age it on some whiskey barrel chips that i bought off ebay.
If the beer is OK I will use it as a base recipie to make some derevitives from: Coffee, Chocolate, Vanilla, Cherry, Smoked etc.
What do you guys think?
