im looking at my tesco element soon to go into my boiler and im thinking... id like to keep that little LED light.

i know i can bypass the boil cutout by pulling the blackwire then stripping and joining the red ones but how do i keep the LED in the picture so i know when my element is on or off?

hopefully some electrical whiz out there can help.

thanks!

You don't really need the LED indicator as your element will be on for the whole of the boil time.
But if you insist, connect the Led with it's resistor across the element terminals and it will glow while ever there is power on.
