Hello folks. Just thought I would say Hi! and tell you a little of my self. Up to 10 years ago I was a keen ( and high volume ) beer brewer. I also used to make a fair few country wines. Well, I got a bit richer, work got more intrusive, and the hobby fell by the way.
I am pretty much a red wine drinker these days, alrhough I am partial to a pint of Black Sheep! Cue the recession, less work(and cash!) and I thought I would in some new fermenting gear and get involved again. So right now, I have a Coopers Aussie Lager on the go( the Lady of the house likes this) and I have a couple of Wilko 30 bottle CabSav kits on the go.
Anyhow, looking forward to speaking soon!
